Description

The Behringer 911A dual trigger delay module brings the pulsing, swirling sound of analog delay to your Eurorack system. Inspired by the legendary modular synthesizers of the 1970s, this module authentically recreates the circuitry behind two independent analog delay lines. With delay times ranging from a tight 2ms slapback to a cavernous 10-second echo, it opens up worlds of delay-based sound design.

Sculpt Evolving Textures With Envelope Control
Far more than a simple echo effect, the 911A allows you to shape delay repeats with envelope generators for fluid, evolving textures. When an envelope module is patched to the trigger input, delay repeats swell in volume based on envelope settings. Program punchy delays that decay quickly or craft slowly swelling ambienceit’s up to you. The 911A brings envelope control, a staple of vintage modulars, to your Eurorack FX toolbox.

Two Independent Delay Lines With Flexible Routing
At the core of the 911A are two wide-ranging analog delay lines, each with its own input trigger and time control. Set the delays independently for complex multi-tap patterns or couple them in parallel or series configurations. In Parallel mode, both delays are triggered simultaneously, thickening your sound with layered echoes. Series chains the delays from top to bottom, cascading echoes through both lines. With flexible routing options, the 911A adapts to any delay concept you can imagine.

Transform Envelopes Into Swells With Trigger Inputs
On top of the exceptional delay capabilities, the 911A has a creative twist: external trigger inputs. Patch an envelope generator like the 911 into the 911A’s trigger jacks and you can turn standard ADSR envelopes into DADSR envelopes with a volume swell on each note. As the envelope is triggered, the note will fade in from silence for an evocative swelling effect before continuing through the attack, decay, sustain and release phases. The trigger jacks let you synchronize and modulate the delays in innovative ways.

Vintage Character in a Compact Eurorack Module
The 911A packs the lush, warm sound of 1970s analog delay into a space-efficient 8HP Eurorack module. Despite its compact size, it delivers a massive range of delay effects, from short slapback repeats to cavernous walls of echo. Whether you’re patching up a vintage-inspired system or just want analog delay with a vintage tone, the 911A brings iconic modular sound to your Eurorack FX toolbox.
